[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

After Destiny 's installation, i redeemed the voucher code on PSN in order to activate the three DLCs. When it goes to download the activation fails, with error 80029780. On the Internet I found it's an error that occurs when multiple ps3 devices are connected to a profile, that is not my case. Also, I tried to download and install other stuff and that worked fine. What should I do? Another info: during Destiny's update to 1.16 a 800233EC error occured, but i solved it installing updates from XMB menu. Thank you, any help is appreciated.

Unable to use Charged argonach rune. Absolutely furious. The insane amount of grinding for thsse fragments and only to find 4 weeks later I can't geta touch of malice. RNG rewards are awful. I have been stuck with the same 300 suros since WEEK 1. This is the final issue I will ever deal with again with Bungie. RIDICULOUS! I have several friends interested in starting Destiny and guess what Bungie...I'm making sure all of them stay away from this game. Waste of time! Next year all this hard earned work will be useless again anyways most likely. Salty would be an understatement. Screw over the people that play this fairly and reward glitchers. BS

#Help for some reason whenever I participate in a strike against fallen, or even just killing fallen outside of patrol, I receive a little item from them constantly and it's so annoying when there is 30 of them on my screen. I believe that when I was patrolling for my exotic sword on earth I started a patrols mission but I left before I cancelled it, and now it's like it's permanently stuck on that patrol mission, constantly giving me useless items that just get annoying to see 30 at once

Hello, I am having a problem with Calcified Fragments. Online on trackers its saying I have 45 Fragments. On Destiny its saying 44. Also my Nightfall Calcified Fragment from The Sunless Cell a few days ago is not registering. I got it and seen it with my own eyes but online its saying I do not have it?

My year two boots have the extra rocket launcher ammo perk. My vertigo can hold 2 in chamber. I play pvp and pve in pvp i notice im only getting 2 rockets, 1 in chamber 1 in reserves. When i switched to my year 1 boots with carry extra ammo perk on it i get 4. That tells me these year 2 boots with this perk is not working please help

Good afternoon, I write to tell you that last week made the adventure that gives the dealer in relation to obtaining the weapon "sleeper simulant" perform all the steps; the income of the key codes for obtaining this field, whose name I forget, follow the 3 public events with ranking gold in the 3 planets, a heavy weapon disarmament and complete the mission and finally delivered to the area that you arms dealer and this He did not give me anything. They could give me an answer to this and tell me that's what happened? and all steps were performed. My understanding was a clear error in the system and process steps that I've seen in other players Debio give me the option of choosing from 3 weapons and this was not so.Moreover also I want to say that despite having read all the related comments in the forum, never got exceptional digital purchase arms of the king of the collection owned, they say would be given with the purchase.Thank you very much, I hope your prompt response

I know I qualify for the VIP Rewards but the "Veterans Tour" quest does not show up. I've checked on all my characters and have checked with every vendor for the items, with no luck. I'm a little displeased that the useless emotes were added in the patch but no fix or solution for us Year One VIPs that didn't receive or can't even access our rewards was patched in or even updated on the progress of the fix. So, please Bungie I ask on behalf of the other Year One VIPs, please fix this. Thanks.

Why was the agonarch rune not patched on tuesday?....... I JUST WANT MY TOUCH OF MALICE but i can't because some losers did some exploit and now i need to wait forever for a patch! Thanks a lot fellow guardians for this...

2 days since you posted "We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune" and it still isn't working. Can you please fix this? It's holding me back from completing the Touch of Malice quest line.
