This post is dedicated to keeping you up-to-date on information regarding Destiny: The Taken King. This includes purchasing, any issues that may arise, and links to new Help articles. Stay tuned to this post for updates and new information.
[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating
[u][b]9/17 NOTES[/b][/u]
• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• Hot Fix 2.0.0.4 addresses some of the issues seen with the launch of Destiny: The Taken King. You can read the Hot Fix notes on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13562]this Help article[/url].
• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.
[u][b]9/26 NOTES[/b][/u]
• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. Additionally, you may be required to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restore the licenses on your console[/url]. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/27 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507
[u][b]9/29 NOTES[/b][/u]
• The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards. For more information, follow this [url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Vanguard-Streaks/en/Help/Article/13629]Help article[/url].
• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

Will I ever be able to use my Agonarch Rune?

I could always use something special for oryx taking my 20 shards only to get either boots or a mark plus 2 shards.

The most recent update said that I would have the old guard shader in my kiosk since I still haven't received it OR any other year 1 veterans rewards even though I had both dlc's downloaded ahead of the time required yet I still don't have it. I'd like to know when this'll actually be fixed.

In what strike playlist can I find vanguard shaders?

Take the loot out of the agnorach rune chest and leave the fragment ffs, that should have been the "fix" in the first place. I, like many others, don't give a crap about the loot we need our last fragment.

Disconnect issue, I need some one to message me from bungie I talked to xbox its not the system or my network please contact me asap so this can be resolved I want to be able to play my game

The agonarch rune obviously isn't a priority. Maybe they are working on a way that you can buy it with "silver".

Bungie, can you change the loot system not only for the nightfall, but the raid. Jus beat oryx again with three of coins and 20+ moldering shards. I got 2 moldering shards, got this on both characters after beating oryx. I'm a 305 guardian like wtf, I don't need moldering shards. When I do get armour and weapons there below my light level on currently equipped amour. Can you guys can it gives gear accurately based on light level.

I'm at the part where you insert the thing in the other thing, in order to kill things to open the other thing, then get the 45th thing, only to realize the thing's disabled. Bungie, can you please fix this so I can get my Thing of Malice please? Thank you!

Hey just finished doing sunless cell and I'm doing the exotic sword quest.i did everything right and my other two team mates got their sword which makes no sense.now it says I haven't defeated dark blade even though I just did.help please

Bungie just screwed me over! I did every single part of the sleeper simulant questline and fully repaired the fusion core and turned it in to banshee in the tower. Today i got on expecting the strike so i could actually get the fusion rifle, and the only thing i get is banshee telling me to do the ENTIRE THING OVER AGAIN!!!

Hey BUNGIE???? Do you care about your customers???? I have been waiting since launch of TTK for you to answer and fix the issue of multiple profiles on the same machine not being able to access the new content. This was possible on the original and both downloadable expansions. What is going on. It is not right that I would need to buy 3 $40 expansions so that both of my kids can play. Do new players need to buy 3 discs to do this???? WHEN WILL YOU ADDRESS THIS TO THE LOYAL COMMUNITY OF DESTINY PLAYERS that have been with you since year 1????

So let me get this straight, Because of some stupid -blam!-ing kids you pull a patch on us for unlimited agonarch rune chest unlocks.... And for those who don't even have I charged and jut got it charged, can't... Just because of your "hard working" as everyone says asses to fix a simple glitch? Just because some kids can't play legit ALL OF US HAVE TO PAY FOR WAITING ON YOUR RIDICULOUS PATCH JUST SO WE CAN GET WHAT WE EARNED LEGIT? -blam!- this game I'm going back to The Last of Us.....

When is the charged agonarch rune problem going to be fixed? I have a few days waiting for the fragment. The update came out and i dont see any fixing in this problem. Bungie can you tell me please when?

How is it my black spindel's damage goes down to 290 from 310? That really makes no logical sense and just off that im completely done with destiny.
