This post is dedicated to keeping you up-to-date on information regarding Destiny: The Taken King. This includes purchasing, any issues that may arise, and links to new Help articles. Stay tuned to this post for updates and new information.
[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• Hot Fix 2.0.0.4 addresses some of the issues seen with the launch of Destiny: The Taken King. You can read the Hot Fix notes on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13562]this Help article[/url].
• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.
[u][b]9/26 NOTES[/b][/u]
• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. Additionally, you may be required to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restore the licenses on your console[/url]. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/27 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507
[u][b]9/29 NOTES[/b][/u]
• The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards. For more information, follow this [url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Vanguard-Streaks/en/Help/Article/13629]Help article[/url].
• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.
[b][u]10/1 Notes[/u][/b]
• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

I finished my moments of triumph a last Monday, but today it said i didn't have the golden chests and its not giving me my emblem. What should I do? I have A screenshot of my moments of triumph completed that I messaged to a friend if that helps.

I'm working a 13 hr shift at work 8 of it is already gone by and the collectors digital content STILL is not available for purchase? Wtf bungie? Please get this sorted out by 930pm I get one day off and I work 60+ hr work weeks this is my only time to unwind

I'm having the same problem. Had MoT completed, now I've lost gold chests, crucible wins, public events and have a guardian reach light level. Please fix asap!

You crelated a game that requires me to download 20 Gb of space to play the campaign (which is fine in itself) but were so unprepared on launch day, that nobody can even connect to youread server and play the game. The whole reason I bought a disc is so that I could play immediately. Not 3 days later when this update finally downloads. What makes matters worse is that I cant even return the game for my money back, and that nobody working for your company will even read this submission (let alone appropriately address the issue). But hey, who cares what I say, at least you guys got my money and have no obligation to return it!

Am i able to complete triumphs despite not getting emblem

I still have not received my sunbreakers mark from the postmaster. I received the shader and the emote but I have not received the Mark. I asked about this earlier this week and I was told to wait until TTK was released and so far I have not received the mark.

I am missing exotic class items that I paid for, if nothing is done I will urge people to contact the better business bureau to file complaints. All of these people missing things paid their hard earned money for items in a game, either you can deliver them or give us our money back. Also I went to the hanger and no suros or vanguard items for me even though I paid.

Purchased TTK Limited Edition PS4 bundle. Can access Taken King content but TDB and HoW are locked out :(

I have friends that are solely on the one some are dedicated to the 360 I have purchased the game digitally and the season pass not a resale through brick and motor (more profit for you) and now to come to think about paying $80 on a dlc to play on the one and on the 360 is beyond mind blowing. Took the day off and thought about it and thank you I can clearly see you don't care about the year one players.

Tried putting the code in again and it says is been applied to my account checked 3 times still not there :(

Im on xbox one and it says that the taken king is unavailable for purchase, its the $40 version but the other versions are working. And I tried a friends account and it says I can buy it on that account but not on mine. Someone help as soon as possible please.

So i still havent received my other 2 exotic class items but i've had my exotic warlock bond for almost a week now. What's even worse is my friend has all 3 of his, and has for around a week too. When will we be getting these items? I understand there's alot going on in the destiny servers but i havent even seen any update notes informing us of when we will finally get them. Anybody know anything?

So are those of us who ran into the problem with the download going to be given refunds if we bought the 40$ dlc so we could start playing while you guys fixed the issue or are you guys just gonna take my money and not return it for bad product launch?
