[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating
[u][b]9/17 NOTES[/b][/u]
• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.

• Hot Fix 2.0.0.4 addresses some of the issues seen with the launch of Destiny: The Taken King. You can read the Hot Fix notes on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13562]this Help article[/url].
• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.

[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]

• The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards. For more information, follow this [url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Vanguard-Streaks/en/Help/Article/13629]Help article[/url].
• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

Hi yes I'm having trouble with the taken king on my PS3, I have the digital legendary edition of the taken king but I when try to go and play it keeps saying it requires the taken when I already have it and I have both expansion passes for destiny. please help

I bought this as a pre-order in June over PSN and there's no money back after that, so when I find that it won't transfer after being told, "All DLC will transfer from ps3 to PS4" I find that I have to buy it again?! seriously, did bungie wait so they could get idiots like me to buy it in june instead of clarifying it from the beginning? I'd think you guys at least warn us in a some way shape or form as the preorder became available

So I purchased TTK for my Xbox 360, but I also play Destiny on my Xbox One. For some reason it doesn't transfer over. Do you really think I will buy it again ($40)? There is no way in this world. I rather stop playing the game altogether. You have to get this fixed asap!

I bought the $20.00 one off of the psn PS3 market place on July 9th 2015 I got the legendary edition digital version of the taken king and now it's saying it requires the taken king when I already have it fix it please

No updates, no real fixes, and worst of all, no apologies. Destiny truly has Taken a King size 2.0.

The Suros Arsenal weapons ARE NOT SHOWING UP AT THE QUARTERMASTER. I only received the sparrow emblem and shader, no weapons. I bought the VIP digital pkg. on sept. 1st.

First of all I don't know how any could say Bungie has not taken away not what they gave us but what we have paid for. I purchased the dlc and that comes with the tiger strike,level 28. They are stealing content we paid for, and that does not excuse that in the T T K dlc several of the new mission are place that we have already been, in the original game or the first dlc. That the same maps! This is not only dishonest but the very worst practices a game developer can have toward customers not just fan and players. So please explain to me how bungee locking us out of content we paid for is not theft. Thank you again.

I'm not saying this will work for everyone but it worked for me an my bf so far:) We share an Xbox, he downloaded the DLC and it worked for him and not for me. This how we fixed it! 1. Sign in as the profile you want to use. 2. Plug second controller in and sign in with the person who has the DLC whilst the other account is still signed in (hope this makes sense) 3. So at the moment both accounts are online and the person with the DLC is on the title screen for destiny. Press A on the controller with the account you want to use and continue to the destination screen (map screen) you should see all of the TTK things unlocked. 4. Go to the tower and buy something from the vanguard that's for the new DLC. 5.get the person with the DLC to sign out by pressing the middle button. 5. Get them to turn their controller off and unplug it quickly. Done! You're in! I hope this helps! It's worked for me. I haven't turned my Xbox off yet to see if it remembers that I have the DLC but at least you can play:)

It's working now ttk just unlock on the PS4 for me.. I had pre-order ttk on the PS3 and had upgraded to the PS4 since then.. I'll call Sony in the morning to cancel my refund process

My husband bought TTK this morning for us on out 360 while I was at work. I come home to play it and it wont register TTK on my profile, only his! I was looking forward to this not only all day, but since I first found out that they were going to make TTK! WTH bungie? Reseting the console doesn't work, re-downloading doesn't work, nothing works! IF I give in and buy a copy for my own profile, I KNOW I won't be refunded, however, if it is only one copy per account I wish you would say so so I can stop sitting here and debating weather or not i should purchase my own.

Son is still getting Taken King Required message. I cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled accounts. Is Re downloading all the Destiny materials required? Is this working? How long will it take?

So i have Xbox one and brought destiny for it (first time playing), all was well yesterday when i was playing but when i woke up this morning it is saying there is a problem with my network (MARIONBERRY error) which I believe there isn't. all other apps/games work perfectly well. Anyone know what i can do?

Other accounts on my console can't access taken king dlc, it wants them to buy again. is this a known issue bungie? Or do I have to buy tkk for 3 profiles of the same console? ;-; I'm just wondering

I can't access Taken King on my account, it was installed on my Xbox 360 using my brother's profile and when I switch over to his profile all the Taken King content is open and available but on mine it says I need to purchase Taken King.

THIS IS BULLSHIT......,I bought the legendary digital edition of the TTK which was 80 dollars from gamestop they gave me a code I punched it in and nothing happened it said I downloaded it but nothing happened i have xbox one can someone please provide me with some answers..... it's kind of messed up that I paid $80 for something to be there on a specific date and it isn't

The reciept was emailed to me, and yet I still have no download. I called Micro$oft and waited 35 min for a call back due to heavy call volume. Finally got the call back, and spent 42 minutes on the phone with an unhelpful support tech and his equally unhelpful supervisor. They tried to pass me off to Activision's website which in turn passed me off to Bungie's website. TTK itself isn't showing on my console's dashboard as an option, it's not in my active downloads, nor can I add it to my download que via the microsoft website. It's disappointing to see greedy gaming companies who are all so eager to take gamer's money for a product that can't even be obtained. It'd be nice to see a company that is actually concerned about building a good reputation and a great rapport with their customers by launching a working product instead of half a$$ing things. Apparently the issue i'm having has been a known issue since 11am PDT (10 hours) and it's still not fixed. Whether or not I get to play the game I've already paid for (TTK) this will absolutely be the last game I buy from either Bungie or Activision. Due to this waste of my time and their lack of customer support or customer concern for that matter they have completely lost my business.

HEY I BOUGHT THE LEGENDARY VERSION OF DESTINY AND DIDN'T GET THE DOWNLOAD CODE TO PLAY IT. ITS A BRAND NEW COPY OF THE GAME AND INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE DOWNLOAD CODE IT GAVE ME TWO WEAPON PACKS. IGOT THIS FROM WALMART. IM NOT EXPECTING THIS GIVE ME A CODE OR I'LL JUST QUIT BUYING FROM YOUR COMPANY. REALLY HOW HARD IS IT TO CHECK IF EVERY COPY GETS THE RIGHT STUFF. Sorry for the long rant I'm just disappointed in what I got . So I would really like it if you could reply with a simple answer to my problem.

The fine print in destiny says that this game may be shared between Xbox consoles. You not allowing players to share this dlc is violating your own fine print and can result in a lawsuit

So, if I understand correctly, the current fix for the Arsenal Pack is to spend real time to make fake money to buy the guns I've already paid real money to get. Wow. Just WOW. So far, the most entertaining thing about ttk is observing this forum to see how poorly its release was prepared for. My current technical workaround? Press eject on console, remove disc, insert MGS5.

What is going on with the fix for those of us that can't download what we paid for!!!! When can I play! I paid & all you & Microsoft can tell me is wait, we are working on it!!! I made plans to play with friends & family today! Even took work off! Almost midnight & I still can't play! How are you people going to make this right?!? I love destiny but this is absolutely unacceptable!
