[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507
[u][b]9/29 NOTES[/b][/u]
• The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards. For more information, follow this [url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Vanguard-Streaks/en/Help/Article/13629]Help article[/url].
• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.
[b][u]10/1 Notes[/u][/b]
• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

I like how we have been waiting till launch for this and it has so many issues that still aren't fixed like xbox one not able to buy the standalone version of the taken king

My brothers account (which is on the same console as my account) has HOW bought already. Here are my options: 1) if it's possible somehow transfer $50 from my psn to my brothers account and spend $60 2) buy the legendary edition on my account and basically waste and extra $80. But even if I buy TTK one of us won't be able to play. You think bungie will eventually allow more than 1 account to play?? What do you guys think ????

I love Bungie but they were clearly not prepared for this release. It's a mess. There aren't just a few problems. There are so many that I can't even tell if I'm affected by any of them or not.

Okay so every time I try to purchase Taken King I get an error message simply saying that "Something went wrong try again later". Is this having to do with the issue I've heard that the digital download isn't working for hardly anyone?

I finally broke down and bought it through the menu through the game. So, no SORUS and you have taken me for a total of $80. So what recourse will I have? Will you give me some of my money or back or at least give me some new DLC?

I just bought the legendary edition but i also bought the original disc and it says i must delete the app for the disc , what should i do ?

So in game when I'm in orbit II select all planets and everyone one of them says I have 5 out of 5 chects collected . although on the app it says 0 gold chests and no emblem ... Sort it thanks

Bought taken king legendary edition for Xbox 360, downloaded and redeemed code and won't let me play. Now it is prompting me to put in the code and when I do it says it is already used and I still can't play what shall I do? Can you recognise this as a problem you are trying to fix? There's been no relevant news for ages

On 9/14/15 I received and email offering me Extra items and VIP items if I preordered DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OF THE TAKEN KING for guardins that all ready own DESTINY, EXPANION I AND EXPANION II. When using the link provided in the email, I was sent to www.destiinythegame.com/wheretobuy. I scrolled down towards the bottom and found the digital download that was mentioned above and clicked buy now. A disclaimer appeared stating this selection was for guarding that own destiny and both expansion I and expansion II and to make sure I sign in to the retailers site to verify I have the content that is required. I then had to click "I understand". Then a new page powered by "PRICESPIDER" opens up and displays xbox market store, again I click "buy". Now I am redirected to xbox market store, I sign in and the offer is there HOWEVER IS ONLY HAS XBOX ONE FOR AN OPTION!!!!!! I called XBOX right away and the agent there told me to go ahead and purchase it even though is says it's for the one, that something is wrong in the system to ensure proof of my "PREORDER" and that Bungie will need to fix this issue... So now I am sitting on a "PREORDERD" THE TAKEN KING DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FOR AN XBOX ONE WHEN I HAVE A 360 BECAUSE BUNGIE'S OFFERS WERENT SET UP RIGHT IN THE SYSTEM. NOW WHAT DO I DO?

hey! i have purchased TTk legendary edition on ps4, once the digital copy is downloaded to the ps4, can i play TTk on ps3 using the same account? or do i have to purchase TTk for ps3? sorry if i have confused anyone :D

In the game when you try to complete the quest writes that required the TTK. By clicking on the purchase of writing that I have already purchased the content and offers to install it. When you choose to install it throws Suros Weapon Pack. The same happens when you try to install a normal TTK package from the store. I did not mention the money spent on improving the standard version to the collector. Well, if such nonsense even send codes to players who have purchased all the same this content. I can even give you payment history, what would you have seen that the content really bought. You can check it all in for the Microsoft account. Platform Xbox One. Even completely I removed the game from its contents. For the console unplugged from the electrical outlet, and sat waiting for 5 minutes. Re-install the game and all the extras. The result remained the same. How do you write that for the players Xbox One addition is already available?

(Xbox one) HELP! I transferred all my data from 360 to my xbone. Then I downloaded my digital version for TakenKing. Now it's making me RE DOWNLOAD the whole 34gig update again?!?!!? I waited for hours to finally play TakenKing and after I download it, it's making me redownload the giant update again? What's going on here? Please help guys

If I want the emotes, shaders, and class items, I have to pay $80 [i]ON TOP OF[/i] the $40 I already paid for the digital download?! You've got to be kidding me. WTH is that?! Add to this the fact that I didn't get any of the Suros pre-order bonus despite the fact that I bought it from the LIVE Marketplace on Sept. 1st ... . WTF, Bungie?
