[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating
[u][b]9/17 NOTES[/b][/u]
• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• Hot Fix 2.0.0.4 addresses some of the issues seen with the launch of Destiny: The Taken King. You can read the Hot Fix notes on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13562]this Help article[/url].
• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.
[u][b]9/26 NOTES[/b][/u]
• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. [u][b]9/27 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507
[u][b]9/29 NOTES[/b][/u]
• The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards. For more information, follow this [url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Vanguard-Streaks/en/Help/Article/13629]Help article[/url].
• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

I redeemed the taken king expansion on live.xbox.com, why is it still asking me to buy the expasion again in the game????

[b]Bungie, here's a suggestion to fix this problem: look for accounts that found all necessary chests spread on all of their characters. i.e. one character has this chest, the other character has the other one and so on. maybe the problem is, that somehow only players got the emblem that found all chests on one single character.[/b] i have not found all chests on one single char, i hunted for them on different chars until the moments of triumph told me that im done. it cant be that hard to determine those accounts, really not. get this fixed asap guys !! i quit destiny if im left behind just because this might not be your top most priority !!

Hey guys, do you remember telling us this back on 6/24/2015? "We’re actively working to make the digital content from the Collector’s Edition available in a $20 upgrade bundle (suggested retail price), available on 9/15/2015. If you purchase a stand-alone version of Destiny: The Taken King, or already have, you'll be able to pick up the digital items as soon as they are available. If you have decided to pick up the Legendary Edition of Destiny: The Taken King at retail, you can also elect to pick this up if you want to upgrade into a Collector’s Edition." Why didn't you tell us about the 360 not getting this then? would it have been so hard to add in : "This offer won't be available to players on the Xbox 360." You could have even added at the end of it : "Because we just don't like you that much." if you really wanted to rub salt in our wounds. Seriously, this level of exclusion and alienation is hurting the way you guys look. What will you do when game journals and other outlets get wind of this? You know what will come out of it right? News articles with the heading "Bungie hates Xbox 360 players? Taken King content lockout!" or something along those lines? Way to make your PR work for their pay. you are gonna have a flood of angry players, not like you don't already.

Can you please explain why the standalone $40 TTK is unavailable for purchase on Xbox One? I've seen plenty of other people with my same problem and I still haven't seen any fix for it please help.

I used the link provided in the email which took me to www.destinythegame.com/wheretobuy. I selected my platform from the list provided on the website (xbox 360) for the digital download for $39.99 and clicked buy now, then a disclaimer appeared making sure I understood that I needed to own destiny and both expansion packs 1 and 2 and to make sure I sign in to the retailers site to confirm I own said content. After clicking I understand a page powered by "PRICESPIDER" appears within the destiny the game website and gives me the option to preorder from xbox marketplace. I click buy and I'm then redirected to xbox store with the offer mentioned above. After I signed in to the xbox website the price point of $39.99 appeared but the buy button was only for XBOX ONE and had NO option to change it to XBOX 360. I immediately called xbox for help with this matter and I was told it was an issue with Bungie and they are trying to fix it but to insure my preorder. to complete the purchase for offer even if it says it's for xbox one, that it will be getting fixed. Called xbox today to check on the progress of my problem as there website states the error code that others were getting is resolved and was told Bungie is the one that has to fix my issue to ensure I still get the preordered items.... ok bungie, what do I have to do now to get this resolved?? I have now lost 2 days of game play experience

I bought the taken king Dlc and suros arsenal pack and got through making a new guardian and went through the process of getting to level up with the shard of light, then my game created and nothing saved. Now I can't access any content when creating a new character

i got a problem. i started to play with my titan and come to the lvl 32 mission on earth. But after that i cant proceed on the new ttk story. i havent killed oryx with the titan. I dont have the quest and cant find it in the kiosk either. I think this is a glitch or can u hlp me with it? Or do i really need to delete my titan and start over? dont know were i shall write to bungie either. i have the mission(bountie) "the taken war: Earth" I can do the herioc and the "the dreadnaught" and the "Enemy of my enemy" and the last mission i can do is "the promethean code" and thats it. no proceed after that mission. i have finished it but didnt get rewards! cant even "choose" to go to "patrol at the dreadnaught" but im 272 with my warlock and my hunter and everything work out fine. PLZ hlp me
