• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. • Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.

Why isn't the digital collector's edition upgrade for 360??

Please tell my why the people spending 80$ get everything there is to offer when I have spent already about 140$ on this game and would have to spend ANOTHER 20$ on top of that 140$ to get what they do? So they get everything + more for half as much?

ive bought takken king but while in game its says *requires takken king. - and the purchase window pops trying to get me another R$70. my purchase was billed on my mastercard and its shows on my psn store history. heres my transaction number 9761849560 its so frustraing!! THE TAKKEN KING!

The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade not available on xbox360, why? why Bungie, why ?? Where's the 20$ stand alone? Or can i get a refund for my current one and buy the other one? If I have to pay $20 for that content, which already seems expensive, I will, but that exclusion from the xbox360 only makes you evil to you. All love Destiny, we are all individuals, we all deserve the same. I ask again, why? It's not fair and you should reconsider.

Edited by car0ndelet: 9/17/2015 3:56:50 PMIssues I've come across so far in playing TTK (digital download on the 360, let's not mention the whole CE content disaster): • Glimmer not dropping when killing Majors/Ultras • Glimmer not dropping when using a consumable (Ether Seeds) • Quests getting stalled on having to talk to a character in order to advance (this happens most frequently in being required to talk to the Speaker; I complete the phase, the display indicates the next step is to talk to [INSERT NAME], but the character has nothing to say, i.e. there is [b]no[/b] alert icon and interacting yields nothing but the buy/trade menu. Exiting the game and coming back enables me to progress.) • The Suros Arsenal and the LE Weapons Packs are not at the Vanguard Quartermaster, although I strangely received the new Suros emblem and shader... [b]ETA:[/b] Spark of light, [i]what[/i] spark of light?

Edited by ketraxx: 9/17/2015 12:59:25 PMi buy for 70€ the legendary fisic edition, inside are the codes of all DLC, i have install the game an the other 2 DLC, so i only use de code of the new DLC TTK, xbox360 download and tell me that de DLC is download, but de game continiu asking for for the expansion, i donwload a lot of times, and the game still asking me for the DLC, so i cant play TTK, please help me and give me a solution please. i talk with xbox microsoft support and tel me that all in mi xbox is OK, they know you prolem, and tell me that one day i start the game and i will show the new DLC instaled.....when?? please help me, yesterda i write a post, and i can find it, a think that some erease it. ·#help thanks

But when i recieved the disk i saw it came with a QR code. I redeemed this one. But now when my girlfriend wants to play the physical disk on her xbox she isn't able to play the Taken King. Why is this? Physical disks are meant to be used on different consoles. But now my girlfriend can only play half the game because you put an account specific qr code in it. Please help!

Dear bungie, I've ordered the physical collectors edition of the taken king ( EU version). I own the digital collectors edition of the first Destiny, but the US version. Are those two compatible? It's the xbox one version.

I bought the legendary edition for PS4 and it won't let me access ANY of the DLC content. I tried deleting the game file and restoring licenses. It says I have the destiny expansion pass but the Taken King doesn't even show up in the downloads. Could someone help me? I'm really annoyed that I payed $90 after taxes and now I can only access the base game.

So... I may have screwed myself here, but I'm hoping there's another resolution. I currently own Destiny and TDB dlc, but haven't purchased HoW yet ... I can't seem to get the old expansion pass anymore, my only option seems to be to buy vanilla Destiny and TDB again in the pack for $60. I guess in the end it would be about the same price anyhow, but I just feel some kind of way having to purchase ANOTHER copy of Destiny when I already have one. Will there be an option in the future to buy HoW then the digital download for TTK? Or is there already and I'm just blind (lol)?

How do we know if we're eligible for the collectors edition upgrade. I have Destiny, Dark Below, House of Wolves and the Taken King already, so I'd really like the upgrade? I'm on Xbox One btw

XONE: TTK is unavailable for certain regions (i.e. Russia). You have to change console region to USA or UK to install TTK

So, as of about 12:00 today (GMT) my taken king content has all been locked out, I'm an Xbox One user by the way. Asking me to purchase it. Been playing seamlessly since launch, having a great time, then suddenly boom! locked out. I follow the purchase link, seeing if I needed to reinstall it due to a bug. On all versions of the taken king and it's various bolt ons the purchase button has been replaced with "unavailable" all versions apart from the £75 collectors addition. I go and inspect the destiny file, and low and behold, the taken king dlc is still installed, nestled comfortably next to HoW an TDB. (both of those expansions have been unaffected). I ponder that perhaps as this file is still installed, it won't let me redownload from the store, so go ahead and uninstall it, given the usual message that I cn reinstall at any time blah blah. Return to the store, and the content I wish to reinstall still says "unavailable". Can anyone help me?
