[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.

[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

I'm experiencing issues where when trying to log into Destiny, I'll receive a vulture message along with it saying that I don't have access to multiplayer features.

Is anyone still having the problem where it says unavailable on the xbox store i have both dlcs and i even tried to go purchase it in game but when i click on a taken king activity nothing happens after i press purchase plz help it been 2 days and i still cant buy it

Is anyone having a problem with TTK. when I search in crucible, look in social areas such as the tower, or try to do the weekly heroic or nightfall, I cannot connect to anyone at all. All it says is evaluating guardians but am stuck at 1. I had this issue since yesterday after completing a court of Oryx event. Any suggestions? Xbox one user and I tested my multiplayer network and It said good and my Nat is open. I also have 60mbps internet so I don't understand

I am having an issue with Amanda holiday I have already collected my starting jump ship from her but game has not noted the task as compleat and she has a second ship for me to collect when trying to collect this I get the error only able to have one ship at a time.

I'm having a problem where I have reached 40 and have completed 3 quest that were all suppose to drop LMs but they have not. Does anyone know if there's a glitch going on or not???? HELP. I would like to play the game, but this is an MMO and I can't afford to grind all that time without the rewards... Sorry.

just wondering if anyone else is having issues getting the new emblems/class items for completing the subclass quests. finished my defender titan quest, got the class item, but the emblem still says "requires quest completion". am I missing something?

You guys made a typo. In sunbreakers challenge for step 3 it says Hall of Guardains. It supposed to be Hall of Guardians.

PLEASE ANSWER. Just asking: si the Xbox One error still occurring or has it been fixed? Hope this isn't still occurring beacause if it still is i'm not buying TDB and TTK (yes, i already have HoW)... Sorry Bungie, i hope you'll find a fix. Once I made a website as a school project and I used HTML in the articles and it was really hard. I can't even immagine how hard programming Destiny is ... To the community (do not take this as an offence... It's just my opinion. ) Guys, are you serious? In this days I'm seeing people treating Bungie guys like rubbish. Ok, they are forcing us to get the three expansions, but in my opinion it's like buying a brand new destiny, so I'm OK with that. And they may did a stupid error beacause of the haste, but hey, programming a game is NOT easy. Especially Destiny, beacause of the complexity. They are humans. They make mistakes. We make mistakes. So why are you treating them as rubbish?

The issue that I am having is that when I am in the tower or reef I don't see any other guardian. When I try to play crucible, or the weekly heroic, or try to connect to anyone, destiny just keeps saying evaluating guardians? I am online and not having an issue with connection but I think that is what it might be. Any suggestions

9/15 So since Bungie has YET to inform me of instructions THAT ACTUALLY WORK. Anyone else having XBOX ONE issues with TTK? I cannot even download it. Says unavailable and when I'm prompted in the game to enter my code, my code has already been used. I reset my XBox once per hour and follow their instructions. Anyone else having this? 9/16 I received a code for my Suros Pack, that worked just fine, so now I'm running around with my Suros Pack downloaded and still no TTK. 9/17 Just spoke with Microsoft Support. They were confused as all hell. Tried to tell me since I don't have expansion 1&2 on my account (it's on my bfs, whom I share the Xbox with) I can't play TTK. I called BS considering the Collectors Edition comes with the game and the expansions included. Then they had to verify I had the $80 in my Microsoft account, I do, so while I was speaking with them I attempted to "buy" it again to no avail with the Xbox explaining to me I have no money in my account. I have the money in my account and now Microsoft is blaming Bungie because we cannot buy the game via the store. So I asked for a refund so I could just buy the disc copy, NOPE. My dumbass payed GameStop via PayPal, which gave me a code to put the $80 in my account. So Microsoft policy, since it's a code I cannot get a refund. GameStop policy, all DLC content is not refunded. So I have my Suros pack, but still not TTK. Microsoft has no idea when this game will be available to buy again. So now I have $80 in my account just sitting there, can't even play the game that I PRE ORDERED. Btw, all of my friends who pre ordered and downloaded are saying the extras aren't even worth it. Great.

And wasn't this the mandate that lead to the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade being created in the first place?

Bungie i bought TK on 360 now iT is not working on the one. IT does transfer all weapon And i can even use my new class but still iT tells me i have to buy TK again ??? Please tell me i Dont have to buy iT twice

PS3 user here, I have the dark below and house of wolves digital downloads. I purchased the taken king legendary edition. I downloaded all of the updates. When I logged in on the 15th to play. I only received the armor shader and the emblem from suros but not the weapon pack. Thinking I misunderstood what was included I also bought the 19.99 collectors edition installed but still did not receive any weapons. Please help me out here.
