Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b] • Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition. • Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating. • We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards. •The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar. • The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b] [u][b]9/27 NOTES[/b][/u] • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating. • There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b] [u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u] • Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507 [u][b]9/29 NOTES[/b][/u] • The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards.     I bought the Legendary edition on the Xbox 360 I didn't get any of the thing you get from it and my vanguard weapons pack isn't showing up at the postmaster please fix this #help

    • When I got to the speaker with my hunter, it does the turn in screen to collect the thorn, but there is no option but the "not now" and it does this every time I go to the speaker.

I truly do. But I know that the above is a dodge. I get it though. It's part of the territory. There are things you have to say and a way in which you have to say it. The above statement is pure diversion, though, and the weekly update is sorely lacking in any form of critical information or acknowledgement of some of the more egregious problems that players across consoles and editions have been faced with. That being stated, I do hope that some sort of response is forthcoming, especially on the change to the Digital Collector's Edition on the Xbox 360. I don't entirely agree with the use of the word "confused" here, and if my Titan Towel were in a bunch I'd probably be a bit put off by it, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt. It wouldn't be the first time that something wasn't worded as well as it should have been. This isn't to bag on you or Cozmo, and there is certainly no riding nor getting run over by any hype train; there are serious issues and oversights with the Taken King, and all I ask for as a player is for there to be better transparency when it comes to what is available for each console, for there not to be any sort of bait-and-switch (implied or literal), and for the glitches and inability to install/order/play to be addressed in a public and timely manner. Thanks for your hard work, and to the @BNGHelp1 team for hopping in where possible. I hope the trending and highest rated threads are making an impression on the decision makers and influencers at Bungie and Activision. Guardian out.

        • Still have not received my items from the digital collectors edition (except for emotes). These solutions did not solve my issue. I've already restored my licenses on ps4. And I've checked the shader terminal. This is getting extremely frustrating.

        • Glad to see more information flowing about issues. Please keep it coming. Still would like clarification on the issue myself and others are having. Cannot purchase TTK standalone content. I have both prior dlc, purchased between two different psn accounts on the same console. No console switching or upgrading. Both accounts played both dlc content. Neither can purchase TTK. Is Bungie mandating that one account must have the license for both dlc to purchase TTK? If so why the change? Is this resolvable without me having to purchase HoW again? I'm unable to give you my money. Answers please.

              • I'm having the same issue that "the flood" was having. I bought Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition on my Xbox 360, but it won't transfer the content from my 360 to my One. I bought it on the 360 so I could play with some friends who haven't upgraded yet, and I expected it to transfer up just like the expansion pass did. So can you tell me why it didn't, or maybe just fix it to where it does? I will NOT buy anything from a company that won't look at their customers as people, but instead as walking bags of money. This is just absolutely ridiculous Bungie.

                  • All I have seen are Xbox updates. I am on PS4 and can't play destiny because I can't download the small update. The large 17 GB is already downloaded last week and I have been playing but now I can't play even though my friends are playing wide open. I have checked my licenses, activated my console and nothing. Not sure what to do. My gamer tag is EMRIFOREVER is that helps at all. I have no clue how to contact support other than here, is there a toll free number to call? Get it together, I am $150 in and am royally pissed off right now!!!
