[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. • Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.

[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

Anyone on 360 who can't access the Legendary Edition content, you just need to delete your game and re-download the Legendary Edition download again, ignoring the disc, since this includes the actual game. After you'll be able to download the game and its content that you purchased I don't know why it wasn't mentioned anywhere that we had to do this, since if we had just 1 of the previous DLCs, this was the only option to get The Taken King and it doesn't work without deleting your current game

Hey bungie, I'm loving the new taken king content but need some help regarding artefacts. I reached level 40 by the end of Tuesday and have smashed it every night since but still have not received an artefact or unlocked the slot. I've completed the class quest and killed oryx, but why no artefact still?!? The rest of my fire team have handfuls grrrr!!!

Hey my name is Bigkuke3000 and I was buy Microsoft today too contact you guys because my pre ordered taken king is not working has not worked at all on the day of launch it did nit it gave me a error code and I have done all steps you posted on the help form and it still doesn't work I've I have trying with Microsoft for three to get it to work. So they told me to contact you please help cause I really want too play the taken king HELP ME

No problem with any other Destiny DLC or the game itself, I have kids with accounts that have been playing since Beta. I'm not buying it for each account... right now I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and assuming it's just an error... but if this must be purchased for all accounts I will notify my credit card company that it was an unauthorized purchase as it was not communicated that the established precedent was changed before my purchase. It's false advertising. Worse, it's extortion.

Why can't I DONNGRADE my [b]Xbox One[/b] Taken King Collectors Items/Expansion to my [b]Xbox 360[/b] without having to repurchase it?

Please, would love some help here. I've been playing with the same Xbox and gateway for more than 6 months. Yesterday evening I suddenly had this issue start: Game loads fine to character select screen. Once a character is chosen, load times increase exponentially. It takes about 2 minutes to load into orbit. During this time the music clips in and out. Once in orbit, load times are worse. It takes 2-5 minutes to select a destination. Once that begins loading, it takes another 5-10 minutes of loading before I receive a pumpkin error and am returned to main screen. So what I tried tonight: deleted and reinstalled destiny (while I was at work re downloaded all updates). When I got home I chose a new static ip for Xbox, filled in gateway and subnet stuff. Then added in DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Added Xbox to DMZ list. Then added the following rules under my static Xbox list for port forwarding: TCP 80, UDP 88, both 3074, and both 53. so under port forwarding I chose that and then those values. I feel like that should be correct for that piece, but not sure if that's all that needs done there. I've spent more than 4 hours trouble shooting this and this is my third post here about this issue (with no response from anyone yet!) Verizon states I can pay $75 for their crack team to look into this for me, but since I just paid $80 for the CE edition paying another 75 really feels like a kick in the pants. So, please, some help or suggestions :) Xbox 360, about 30 GB of hard space free. Game is installed and is not running off disc. Other games are running without issue. Netflix is running without issue. With certain settings on network test it says my NAT setting is moderate. Currently, it does not state that. (With all of the changes I've made...) My gateway is a Verizon model FIOS-g1100 Thank you for any help.

Hey bungie, I purchased the taken king and suros arsenal pack and created a new guardian and went through the process of getting to level 25. After that the game froze and nothing is saved. Now I can't receive a shard of light or any of the quests leading up to it. Also no guns from the arsenal pack are available anymore. Please help.

Hello I purchased the collector's edition for the PS4 and received my exotics for both my hunter and warlock but not my Titan. They're not available via the collection and they're obviously not at the messenger. I've tried reinstalling and it hasn't done anything. Since there is no way of getting in direct contact with you and I'm just throwing this out there for some kind of response.

However I was under the assumption that I had purchased it. But now when looking through Bungie's website to purchase TTK, there is only a $40 version which is just the expansion, and the $70 which includes the expansion as well as all the bonus material. The bonus material is the same material that is in the $59.99 package that I downloaded. Can someone explain the difference here? Reading the details, it says "the taken king is sold separately", but paying $60 for something that doesn't even include the game is ridiculous. Now when clicking the link, it shows that it is not even available to purchase(which may just be Xbox live taking a dump right now but just want to confirm). Help? Thanks

So does this also give you digital rights to the base Destiny game? It may sway my decision to fork out the money as I have three Xbox's in the house and I could use the disc to play the early missions with one of my kids.

With the newest update to destiny something glitch out and now I have know access to the promotional ship Valkyrie-05X it says it requires purchase but I already purchased it and have been using for a year now, please help bungie I really love this ship and just want it back. If anyone else has had this happen to u and u know how to fix it my GT "raeraes bro"

Maybe someone know about this: I bought the digital version (at 40$, the "less-cool" edition). I received my email confirmation but it wouldn't appear anywhere in Destiny AND my Xbox one... I tried and press "Purchase" again in Destiny and it said that I already bought it and asked me if I wanted to install it. "Yay, problem solved", I thought. So I pressed the Install button. It sent me to a page written "Manage The Taken King"... a black page with absolutely nothing on it, and worst, I couldn't do anything. Please, help me :(
