If possible if wanna do the nightfall first to get that xp buff. Did they ever say anything about that?

Xp buff has been taken away.

Pretty sure nightfall is also level 40 now with a rather decent light level requirement

Yeah I think you have to complete story and hit level 40.

Lol to go for exotic chance or legendary gear. They are thinking of a new thing instead of the Xp buff.
