It's funny when you consider that I had a cousin who lost a healthy amount of weight by switching from 2 large sodas a day to water at work and a craft beer at home.

Most definitely. I mean, besides the necessity of water throughout th day, a beer or even two can lend some decent benefits. Depends on what beer as well, for sure
