CAN I PLAY AT MIDNIGHT?

I have purchased the collectors edition of TTK off Xbox live. Downloaded the 17GB and am playing the 2.0 version. What's the plan, what happens tonite at Midnight? Is there another huge update to download and if so when will it go live?

Obviously I mean can I start playing The Taken King new content. The actual story missions and all that. I know the Raid starts Friday.
