I mean their movement speed isn't nearly as fast and erratic as blade dancers, which are already pretty easy to take down with a sniper rifle.

Actually as far as making a sunbreaker more dangerous I figure the dune treaders will be better. A titan skating sunbreaker with those equipped could get absolutely flying across the map
