New Monarchy Champion Quest (New Monarchy Rank 25)
So I'm having trouble getting this one mainly because I haven't been getting a New Monarchy Shader with any of my most recent Packages. Any suggestions of how this can be made easier? Or something I can do to earn a New Monarchy Shader? Help would be appreciated.
