Grammar Police Bump:
When you say something is biased toward someone, that means it confers a benefit to them. So saying the philosophy is biased toward casuals, that means the philosophy helps out casuals, which I think is the opposite of what you mean. The philosophy is biased against casuals, because Bungie's policies prevent casual gamers from easily enjoying the content.
