So my friend got LoW...
...from his first run of 28 PoE.
Why must this happen......?

2 RepliesEdited by Jes: 9/13/2015 1:33:04 PMBecause they got rid of the elder cipher. Nobody really liked doing the cipher and you could cheese the hell out of it. Also if you had an incomplete cipher at the 2.0 drop it could be redeemed for any of the 3 PoE exotics. No work involved.
