This is how ive always done it and works great... go left, destroy add's but leave 1 dreg alive. Have 2 people jump on the platforms/columns in front of the door he comes out (Rocket launchers out). 1 person with Arc Shotty (I use 4th horse) kill dreg and go to side of door he comes out. As soon as he runs out i shotty off his shield and run left, other 2 burn with rockets and kill him... run left kill adds.. repeat... profit.

If any hunters are there camp outside the door, go invisible and wait with shotgun. With specialist on your shotgun will smash him.
