You obviously don't smoke. First timers will have greater effect yes but people who smoke on the regular you're good in two hrs

True, but if you don't have a rule as such you will have first timers ruining it for smokers like you.

I'm all for regulation but saying you can't drive or work for 24hrs is nonsense

Safety first, am I right? Then a blood and urine test to ensure you are not impaired. As well as a legal limit of impairment just like alcohol. With restrictions on high risk jobs.
