PS3 Download Error 800233EF
I'm from Brazil and when i try to update this patch 1.13 8GB, i get the 800233EF error in the download screen.
What I 've done :
* Deleted Destiny's data on the PS3
* Bought physical media ( my version was digital)
* I bought a new router from TP- LINK (I was using a router given from my ISP GVT )
* I formatted my PS3
* Tested in another connection ( not the same ISP)
Sometimes reaches 11 ~ 19% , and suddenly pops-up the same error , I have this problem since the day 08/09/2015 .
I think I've done quite a lot to solve this problem and I must say that other games do their updates normally.
Any help?

Sou do Brasil e ao tentar atualizar essa patch 1.13 de 8GB , recebo o erro 800233EF na tela de download.
O que eu já fiz:
* Deletar os dados do Destiny do PS3
* Comprei mídia física ( a minha versão era digital)
* Comprei um roteador da TP-LINK ( O que utilizava antes era da própria GVT ISP)
* Formatei meu PS3
* Testei em outra conexão ( Não do mesmo ISP)
Em alguns momentos chega aos 11 ~19 % , e de repente vem o mesmo erro, estou com o problema desde o dia 08/09/2015.
Creio que já fiz bastante coisa para tentar resolver e devo dizer que outros jogos atualizam normalmente.
Alguma ajuda?

Hey guys, problem solved.. Everything worked fine in a third try on another ISP at a friend's house. The ISP is called NET here in Brazil.

Pessoal, problema resolvido.. Levei meu ps3 pra casa de um amigo, onde todas as atualizações foram feitas de boa. A internet dele é NET.

Tentei efetuar a troca de endereçamento IP e DNS e mesmo assim o erro persiste, e a Bungie joga a batata quente para a PSN, mas é só com Destiny que tive o problema e só nesta atualização. Esperamos uma nota ou esclarecimento do caso por parte da Bungie. Hello, I am having the same problem 800233EF error, the update does not reach the 5%. I tried to make the exchange of IP addressing and DNS and even then the error persists, and Bungie playing hot potato for the PSN, but only with Destiny that had trouble and only this update. We expect a note or clarification of the case by Bungie.
