Was alcohol involved as well? Or tobacco? I don't mean to be an ass about an emotional topic, but not all drugs are equal, and just because pot was used along with harder drugs by your family doesn't mean pot is itself at fault. Pot would have to have been the only drug being used for you to reliably make such a conclusion. And especially if tobacco and/or alcohol were ever used by your family as well then it's just silly to single out pot as having contributed when it most certainly did the least amount of harm of any drug.

Marijuana only destroyed you if you got caught using it. Obama just let a dude out in Missouri that was spending life in prison just for smoking pot.
