For those who don't know, the step 8 on these quests requires you to generate 7 orbs with one Nova Bomb/Fist of Havoc 3 times IN ONE STRIKE. I got through both of these quests, but there is only one way to guarantee completion. Devil's Lair > go to the Steppes > kill the 3 Hive Majors, 3 times. I think the orb generation should be lowered to only require 5-6 orbs, twice in one strike, because the only way to generate 7 orbs with one Super, is to kill 3 Majors at once, or kill 100 normal enemies.
