I have been an enthusiastic guardian since the beta went live. I even decided to spend the extra money to pre-order the collector's edition. I have been a positive force in the Destiny comunity since day one and I still love this game and have TTK pre-ordered. I have my issues with the game but understand the work that goes into making this game as awesome as it is so I have bitten my tongue until today.
In preparation for release of the 2.0 update I completed Skolas twice in hopes to get the only exotic weapons not in my arsenal yet. On the first of these attempts I was rewarded with two elder ciphers on my warlock and the second rewarded my hunter a third. I was very excited for 2.0 to drop so I would have all pre TTK exotic weapons, however is didn't work that way. The day 2.0 was released I excitedly jumped on my 360 and patiently waited for it to download. Finally it was done and I jumped on my warlock to check out the changes and decipher my ciphers.
However when I got to the Reef I realized I only had one elder cipher in my inventory. I still had the one on my hunter so I was able to claim a queenbreakers bow and a lord of wolves but my hopes of a dreg's promise were crushed.
My hopes for posting this today is mostly to draw attention to a possible glitch that happened upon the release of 2.0. If there is any way for my missing cipher to be replaced or a dreg's promise to be added to my collections list I would be most appreciative.
I am still a huge fan of this game (and the most recent live action trailer) and still plan on enjoying every bit of TTK that I can. No hard feels Bungie but at the very least an explanation for what happened would go a long way.
Yours truly,

I can't offer any real help, but at least you got the 2 better of the 3
