No, only people who aren't living their life to the fullest fear death. And ofcourse there is nothing after, do you remember before you were born? No you don't because our conciousness is born and dies with us.

What good is having no regrets or regrets if it won't matter when you die? Every thought and memory you have had will amount to nothing unless there is a after life where all that knowledge carries on.
