Are you afraid of Dying?
Does that ever cross anyone's mind?
Does it bother you that when your time ends, which is inevitable, you may cease to exist
Or
Death} Why would I fear something that only exists when I do not?

I'm not afraid of death I'm afraid of dying. It looks painful and all of the stuff that they do to your body after death is pretty terrifying even if I'm not consious for it. I think that when I know that I'm about to die I'm gonna go far out somewhere with a friend and be buried in an air tight space that is freezing cold with embalming fluid running to my arm. I might OD to speed up the dying process. If I'm rich enough and technology allows it I'll just freeze and preserve myself (dead or alive).

1 ReplyMaybe I'm wishing for it every day. Or maybe I want to die in the coolest way possible. Like I'm saving a bunch of kids from a burning orphanage being attacked by terrorists and I get hit by a land-based yacht. People would remember that.

If I am ever in a position where I might die, I think I would be able to come to terms with it pretty easily. It doesnmt really scare me. If anything, I'll just be interested to see what comes after.

I do but I think if I had time to say my goodbyes and I knew everyone that is alive would be alright, I think I could be ok with it.

If I can say a proper goodbye to people who matter the most to me then I think I'll be able to embrace it. But you really can never know how you'd feel unless you're put in that situation

Edited by Jio: 11/6/2015 5:23:55 AMI got an idea of what death was at an early age. It was after I really understood what I was doing when I stepped on roaches. I accepted it around the time I was 9, and I was okay with it. I'll die one day, and I won't run from that. I won't be scared to die. I'm scared of what happens to my loved ones after I die. I would rather be the last one to die, so they don't have to experience my death.

1 ReplyI'm not scared of dying I believe if I'm meant to die at a certain time it's fate. I am scared of dying a gruesome death like mutilation or a closed casket sort of thing. Like meat grinders and stuff like that
