I have a theory that the sweeper bots are the source of all evil. Think about about it. First off, their sweeper bots, no one would expect it. If someone died in the tower, who would blame a sweeper bot. Second, they are always sweeping the same spots. This can only mean that they are telepathicly connected so that can speak their evil plot without being detected. Others characters may not move as well, but think about it. They stay in the same spot because it's required of them, but a sweeper bot can sweep where ever they want, yet they stay in the same spot. Lastly, if they were to move, they can get anywhere in the tower, since ppl like janitors have access to almost anywhere in the location they work, so the sweeper bots can easily get somewhere in the tower to assassinate someone like Zavala or someone. Case closed...
