SECRET PATROL MISSION ON MOON
So me and my friend were doing moon patrol and this random mission pops up. It then decrypted to "feelings exposed"
Step 2 was then decrypted in "critical kills"
Step 3 was then decrypted in "resources collected"
Then my ghost proceeded to go on about this secret message and right before he was gonna say where and who it came from he said "never mind"
BUNGIE WHAT DOES THIS MEAN????

I've only done one on the cosmodrome. It was funny. One of the steps was actually waving xD

These appear on every patrol map after a certain amount of patrols are completed. From what I can tell, the number of patrols varies from place to place, and I almost always get the "do you think that was from. ..nevermind." dialogue at the end. No idea what they allude to, but I (for no solid reason at all) assume your ghost is referring to the exo stranger. Others assume Rasputin. At this point, either is just as likely.

I got one on venus. There were some weird steps involved such as dancing by the steps i was near. In the end, it gave me 3 motes of light lol
