So far, the only ones we know are Kabr (Titan), Praedyth (Warlock), and Alemyr

Praedyth was a Hunter. Phanin Errata was there. He witnessed Kabr's fall after all. Osiris was either there or he just knew, because he sometimes investigates the vault or just sends someone else. Saint-14 was also there. (An old titan mark that is locked in the game called Saint can only be acquired through the Vault.) The more you know. [spoiler]who is Alymer?[/spoiler]

Praedyth was a [i]Warlock[/i], GameInformer confirmed it. Kabr made multiple ventures into the Vault. Pahanin witnessed his descent into madness during these interim periods. Osiris inspired Kabr's search for the Vault, but he did not explore its depths. That doesn't necessarily mean he entered the Vault. The current VoG mark has a Wei Ning quote, but she didn't enter the Vault. Alemyr is reference in a legendary jumpship, Alemyr's Lanent. It's description reads, "Would that I had stopped him before he drank." Alemyr is also mentioned in one or two TTK items, again with references to the Vault.

No he's not. GameInformer, which did a whole month of exclusive interviews with Bungie, confirmed he's a Warlock

We don't know that yet. Hopefully the Unsealed Paradox mission in TTK will shed some light on the subject

I really want to do those missions! I love the Vault of Glass lore including several more. Knowing more about it can help me progress with my storyboard.
