Dude, that's practically all that Purse does. He makes a thread purposefully trying to make people argumentative, and then when someone confronts him that has different opinions on things then he does, he just insults them and chooses not to have a rational debate with them.

No, but at least he's not hurting anyone. He's probably just doing it as a joke.

Not necessarily. I don't think noiseless would make all these threads about thinking Christianity is stupid if it was just and joke. And noiseless may not be hurting anyone physically, but I'm sure his rude comments and harsh remarks has from time to time hurt someone emotionally.
