Elder Cipher Chest Drop Question
Anyone figured out if the Elder Cipher can drop from 28 and 32 PoE events as well as 34 and 35?
The update notes said it would drop from the Queen's Chest instead of killing the boss. Is that only the chest on 34/35?
EDIT: A PlanetDestiny retweet confirmed that the exotics can drop from the 28 PoE chest.
