Yeah I don't think so... Dinklebot caught a lot of heat from destiny critics in year one, so Bungie more than likely did away with him based off of the negative feedback that commonly stated that he was "emotionless." Peter might be busy, but he isn't so busy to the point where he can't recite [b][u]ANY[/u][/b] new in game dialogue for destiny just because he's involved with Game of Thrones.
