Look at the hereafter. They basically made a much better exotic black hammer. Oh, and dismantling the black hammer gives you a "runestone" (it was a rumor, but I saw gothalion get his runestone, so I've seen it myself)

The runestone is used to gain eris reputation. That exotic is not going to be more fun than BH because it is way harder to proc that exotic perk. All shots need to be precision kills in order to proc the perk.
