A very fun combo that honestly I've only been killed by one time in the 11 months since launch. Completely forgotten juggeranut never used effectively by anyone that I've played. Timing, watching radar, and learning the exact effective range that the juggernaut shield can take damage before popping is key. Once you can visualize and approximate the distance on the radar to how far the enemy actually is and how much room you need, it becomes a tool of destruction. All footage taken in skirmish. Getting kills like this is much more satisfying to me than blink+shotgun which gives you the safety net of just blinking again if you misjudge your attack distance. So you want me to use a tool, the juggernaut, to get as close to someone as possible, only to pull out a primary? Now I know why no one uses juggernaut if they would do something that counter-productive to juggernaut. If you eat bullets and get in close only to pull out a primary, you will get shotgunned, melee killed, or finished off with the gun already hitting you. Unless your primary is universal remote (*wink). 3) This is NOT a general montage showing amazing kills of all kinds. It's simply juggernaut and flash used together. Thats why it is all juggernaut and not sniping, primary, etc. Please upload your juggernaut + primary video and I would love to learn from it. 4) ''Sloppy, no strategy, etc.'' The nature of juggernaut is that you eat bullets. It's a dirty, gritty way to play. Yeah, I could've only put in clips where I got a clean kill and didnt lose health, but thats not the reality of using this method. You are a bullet sponge and have a small window to get the kill. 5) ''You said you've never died using this.'' No, I said I've never died from someone using juggernaut against me. It's just not a common strategy. 6) ''You only showed scrubs.'' Show me how to play a custom game or a game that ONLY finds the high ranked players please. Oh wait, Bungie didnt bother with that option. So I play the general public just like everyone else. 7) ''Your editing skills suck.'' You know why? Because I literally just added these together as fast as I could and did not care about the editing magic all too much. The point was simply to show the approach, the juggernaut, the kill. No corny music that most people will not enjoy needed to be added to show this. And I accidentally cut one or two clips too short. Oops, oh well. I wasn't planning to earn a trophy for best editing in 2015. 8) Enjoy it. Try it. Or hate it (more likely)
