Bungie API key registration?
Found the answer. Somehow my email wasn't verified in my settings even though I feel like I've verified it in the past. :/

Had the same problem but didn't realize it until seeing your email. Didn't know this was required since I log in with PS4 account which is verified but apparently it is, Thank!!
