Are you supposed to get a legendary emblem? NO. IT'S A -blam!-ING CLASS ITEM.

If you look in the emblem kiosk, there are two that are rewarded from the subclass quest line, I done both and I don't have either.

Well, actually, you get the class item, and a special emblem unlocks in the kiosk.
