You must be lvl25 for a faction, then pledge to that faction for the week at a cost of 2500 glimmer. It'll then give you the faction quest....... Then equip faction shader, title and class item to complete X amount of pve kills 10 heroic strikes X amount of pvp kills 10 crucible wins
