Yes, region lock. A constant connection as well. It was admitted by the president so long ago, they were smart and allowed microsoft to go first. The whole disc downloads games anf discs are tied only to thaf console? Yeah, any company who loves saving money would do that. That keeps developers happy because returned games is money lost, used games is something developers dont profit from. If people accepted, xbox one would have so many game studios jumping to their flag, its assurance.
