Star forge would be able to build anything in the Star Wars Universe multiple times in hours. I.E. Death Stars.

The Forerunners can build the mass equivalent to the second Death Star every 5 minutes nonstop for thousands of years on a single understaffed, underfunded and low-resource project. The Sharpened Shield, a 2 AU wide dyson sphere. And there were at least 5 others like it. The Star Forge is a nonfactor, even if it could create Death Stars (which we don't know it can).

The Death Star is destroyed.... It's all of the things that have existed

So is the star forge, but the race that created it still lives. (I least from what I know.) So they could build it again, and if they had the plans for the Death Star, (Original.) then they could build that.
