Field testing up on 9-9?

So I remember seeing that field testing goes live today. I got a message about the forges delivering weapons and to visit Banshee when I logged in. Went to the tower and Banshee had an indication over his head, but then he has nothing. Anyone else?

Same. Maybe he has the Iron Banner reset? Not sure why we get the message in orbit though.
