Ever notice that Fuel Rods that are fired by the enemy track you? Well that explains why it seems like the rod is shot to the area you'll dodge, then you go, "How did he know I was gonna be there?" Well he didn't... So I'd love to see any enemy on Destiny pull that teleporting bullshit only to be hit anyway.
