Good luck out there man. Honestly everyone should just play what they like and move on if Destiny isn't your thing. Personally I've never cared for Halo. Sure I played it back in the day and the gameplay was solid but nothing else about it ever grabbed me. Destiny on the other hand has really surprised me. I've never been all about First Person Shooters but this game has a fun blend of RPG elements and the co-op and multiplayer are great, plus I love the lore and the somewhat cryptic nature of it all...kind of reminds me of the Souls series. Point is we're all different and like a wide variety of different things. Luckily there's an abundance of great games that are out and more coming soon. Just play what you want and have fun doing it, that's what gaming is all about
