Well, Auto Rifles are OP now.
Apparently Bungie didn't realize Auto Rifle would become ridiculous again, because they're disgustingly strong.

I have only played one match. It seemed that things were pretty balanced for the most part. I will say it seems like pulse rifles may have a decent edge. But it was only one match so I may be off with that statement.
