Ice Breaker is getting a nerf? -blaming- finally!

Seriously why is ice breaker being nerfed?

1 ReplyIt's an infinite ammo sniper. Bungie designs it to be an Infinite ammo sniper and then gets upset because we're using it to clear bosses fast? Isn't that basically what it's designed to do. Extending the charge time won't stop people from sitting back and sniping bosses.
