Faction shaders.
I've noticed a lot of faction shaders lately. I go to the tower and most of the guardians have one. I finally got the nowhere on my Warlock at rank 44 and then the hanged man on my titan at rank 10.

No idea the rank, I have the nefertiti one from new monarchy, and all except hanged man on dead orbit. No ship yet tho...
