If you take a look at a comment posted on this thread by our founder, you'd see that our goal is to provide a safe place for female gamers, who often face various types of harassment from male gamers they encounter. Doesn't mean we don't also play with guys, or that we don't like guys, just that we find value in providing a space where we can guarantee that particular type of harassment won't occur. Looking at our group's size, l see a lot of other women find value in it as well.
