Xur should sell year 1 items that are year 2 upgradables. Like red death. Give people some weapons to start with in year 2

He just sold patience and time that is not upgradable

In week 52. This is about week 53 after TTK drops. Which we were told that Xur would sell engrams for year 1 guns as well as a year 2 gun.
