Not really because come the 8th your second perk is useless, plus without field scout, you are missing out on 6-7 shots. Plus clown cartridge is potentially an extra 40 shots, but it generally comes out to 15-20 extra shots per game. So thats 40 shots minimum, without worrying about picking up special at all.
