Fox called the Xbox 360 the "sex box" because according to them in Mass Effect the commander of the Normandy could have sex with all the women in the game and choose how much they wore, what positions etc. So yeah, Fox is full of shit, surprised they didn't conclude it was Islam or ISIS influencing children.
