Which exclusive is your favorite?
So, I was wondering what is [u]the[/u] exclusive that made you get your console. What is that one game series you Don't want to go without. If you have both consoles what is your favorite exclusive for each and why. This is not a console war thing. I was just wondering.
I came to the 360-PS3 era late because I had a young family and financially wasn't able to buy a console till 2010. I settled on a 360 because my oldest son who was 15 at the time had one so it was a way for us to hang out and talk. For his birthday he asked for Gears 3 & I got one for me so we could play. Well that sparked my love for the Gears series. Anyone who has been on #savegaming for a while knows Gears is my favorite. So what's yours and why?
TLDR: What's your favorite exclusive and why? Mine is Gears of -blam!-ing War!

For me, I like jrpgs and more innovative games, and usually prefer a single player experience rather than having to go on mic, so I went for ps4 (there were other reasons but I won't mention them in case I get called a fanboy) To be more specific, some of the ps4 console exclusives I'm looking forward to are: Morpheus games!!! Dreams Grand ages medieval Wild Street fighter V The tomorrow children Until dawn Ratchet & clank Persona 5 Star ocean 5 Tales of berseria Tales of zestiria Horizon: zero dawn The other side of the sky Odins spear: leifdraser Everybody's gone to the rapture No man's sky (also on PC) Tearaway unfolded Hellblade Nitroplus blasterz (lol) Rime Shenmue3 (also on PC) Nier2 Samurai warriors 4-II Dragon quest builders Dragon quest 11 - also 3ds, although I doubt the same version. Stories: the hidden path Gran Tourismo 7 Atelier Sophie There are also games like uncharted and God of war which could be good, but I haven't been s massive fan of those franchises so far.

1 ReplyIn complete truth, I hardly care about exclusives. Sure it's nice to be able to play Halo, and Rare Replay was a good buy, but the main thing that decided my console choice, was because my friend has a One, too.

Xbox One getting Windows 10 and DX12 that will allow playing on a PC and do more stuff. 3. Backwards compatibility, right now there is a page where you can vote the games you want compatibility (ex BO2, Red Dead Redemption...) 4. Xbox gives you better online quality than the PS4. Also, thanks to the backward compatibility you will have 4 free games instead of 2 each month (2 Xbox One + 2 Xbox 360 games). 5. Online support, i had a bad experience with the PS4 support, its hard to contact them and when i contacted them they send me link with a list of 100+ errors so i can search it by myself. 6. Media Apps and split windows. Its awesome when using Skype or Youtube when you are following a tutorial and playing at the same time. Those are some "exclusives" talking about specs. About games it depends on you, i prefered a little bit more the PS4 exclusive games but some of them aren't online so when you finish them there isn't too much to do. PS4 = better stories and Xbox = better gameplay.

I bought a Ps4 for Uncharted 4. But if Uncharted wasn't announced at E3 in 2014, I would take the Xbox One with MCC and another game (I don't remember exactly but I think it was Tomb Raider)

1 ReplyHad a PlayStation. Loved it. Had a ps2. Loved it. Bought an Xbox for halo, played it so much, all new games(except socom, and gran turismo) went on Xbox. PlayStation just gathered dust. Been on Xbox ever since.
