I personally like the 90's or 2000's because of third wave ska and decent pop rock/punk. What do you guys think?

WATERMELONS ARE PEOPLE TOO
-
Mid-2000s. Loved the rap and metal coming out then
-
My favorite artists are Pink Floyd, the Who and David Bowie, all of whom did their best work in the 70's (in my opinion). I mean, Pink Floyd had Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, and The Wall, all in the 70's. You just can't beat that.

Whoever put 2010s is a fgt

-
The 70s. It was the decade of the one hit wonder(disco) and the greatest decade for the best style of music, southern rock. Skynyrd all day long
-
This is impossible! You made an actual thread and not just a heaping pile of steaming horse shit

90's by far Nirvana, Nevermind (1991) Green day, Dookie (1994) Offspring, Smash (1991) Metallica, Metallica/Black (1994) AC/DC, The Razor's Edge (1990) Misfits, American Phsyco (1997) What did I miss?

If you vote 80s you have zero taste in music.

I don't know how the 70s isn't the most votes

70's, man. I will survive.
-
I agree with your statement about ska. Kudos.
-
How is the 90's in fourth place???
-
I have no favorite era, I enjoy all music that is pleasant to listen to. Different moods call for different tunes. For some examples: My friend owns a lake house and when all of our friends go up their every 4th of July, the week is strictly "dad tunes." Which includes massive amounts of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Creedence Clearwater Revival, some Isley Brothers, Gladys Knight and the Pips, etc. Shit you listen to if you were born in the 60's. Some good shit man. If I'm playing poker with my friends, it's Eric Clapton, B.B. King, Ray Charles, Stevie Ray Vaughan, etc. Partying? Waka Flocka, Chief Keef, Lil Durk, Future, Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Diplo, etc. Alone, doing some thinking? Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Logic, MF DOOM, Atmosphere, Asher Roth, various deep house artists, Metallica, some ska/reggae-rock, Third Eyed Blind, The Offspring, etc. I don't like to constrict myself in one genre, although I would say I'm predominantly a rap listener, and I really enjoy the direction modern rap is going, a number of lyricists getting big recognition, which in turn influences future music.

The 80's all the way through to the 2010's.
